Shipping and Sales

During periods of high order volume, your order may take two weeks or longer to ship. I apologize for the inconvenience!

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and GlobalPost for international orders. Delivery time will vary, but should ideally arrive within a week domestically and 2-6 weeks internationally. Please note that there may be delays.

I currently cannot ship to France or Germany. Orders from France or Germany will be refunded.

Please make sure you provide a valid shipping address with your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If you live outside of the US, please make sure to include a valid phone number or email so the customs office/post office can contact you when your package arrives. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to their order.

If your order is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your post office. If your package is stolen or otherwise delivered incorrectly, I cannot be responsible.

All sales are final. If your order is missing items, or a product is damaged in some way, please email me for assistance.

Product Information

Plush dolls are collectibles meant for people age 13 and up. All dolls are subject to safety testing and have the appropriate safety certifications.

All dolls will continue to be restocked as long as there is interest. There may be slight variations between doll batches (slightly different colored ribbons, updated tags, etc.).

Make sure to peel the plastic film off the flat sides of your charms! Please be careful with larger charms, as they can snap and break!
