Do you ship to [x]?
I ship to every country that the USPS delivers to, except France and Germany. Orders from France and Germany will be refunded.

How much do the dolls cost, and how much is shipping?
$55 USD for one doll. Sturm and Drang wil cost $20 individually, or $35 as a set.
Shipping is approximately $10 USD within the continental US and $28~ USD for non-US orders. Shipping is combined if you order multiple dolls (if you live outside of the US and plan on ordering more than 6 dolls, please contact me).

How long will it take my for my order to arrive?
Orders are packaged on weekdays and typically picked up on the following day, excluding Wednesdays. It will take 2 to 5 days on average for orders within the continental US to arrive, and 2 to 6 weeks or longer for orders outside the US.
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed before packaging.

I want to order, but I am moving/won't be home/will not be available to take the package. Can you set my order aside and ship it later?
Of course! Please make a note while checking out of when you would like your order to be shipped. I will hold orders for up to one month.

What payment methods are available?
Paypal and Stripe.

Do you take preorders?
I currently do not accept preorders. All items for sale are in-hand.

The doll I want is sold out! Will it restock?
Yes! I plan on restocking each doll according to demand. As long as someone out there wants one, I'll keep producing them - please don't worry if you miss out on one round, there will be more in the future!

What dolls will you make next?
Moving forward, I will likely be making smaller dolls in smaller batches rather than the 25cm sitting dolls.
